March 23 Magic DIS Roster

I'm aware of 13 DIS participants who will be on the March 23 Disney Magic cruise:

What are the final plans to meet on the ship?

I can not believe we leave in 4 days!!!!!!!Last plan I heard was to meet at Mickey pool (I think).Anyone have a better suggestion of where to meet. I saw another thread(different cruise) and the DIS group was meeting in the Promenade Lounge.Let me know!!Kathryn from Alabama

Make that 14 DIS participants on the 3/23 Magic! Hubby and I just discovered this fantastic site this week, and boy, do we feel like we've been missing out! We'd love to meet up with other Disney cruise fanatics, if we knew where and when... We'll stay tuned to the message boards...

Hey guys! It's just about here. We are leaving Thursday afternoon. We are driving down from NJ and staying at the Radisson on Friday. Wherever you want to meet is fine by me. We could even meet at the sailaway party, but we need to decide quickly. I Won't be able to check after 3:00 tomorrow.
The choices seem to be:Goofy pool on Saturday morning,
Promenade Lounge,or Sailaway party.:confused:

In another thread, msdisney53 suggested "Sunday morning by the (Goofy) pool" at "11 ish?" So people who read that thread may already be planning on that.

So let's declare Sunday morning, March 24, at 11:00 a.m. at the Goofy pool to be an "official" meeting time and place.

I also like the idea of getting together once at the Promenade Lounge. Does anyone want to suggest a specific time? Something like 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25? Perhaps when the kids will be in one of the kids' clubs?

Please post whether you're interested in one or both of these.

Regarding the Goofy Pool on Sunday morning, March 24, at 11:00 a.m, would msdisney53 please suggest a way of finding and recognizing each other? In an earlier thread, green ribbons were discussed. (By the way, I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to the Goofy pool, but that might be a great place for the DIS moms and kids to meet.)

Regarding the Promenade Lounge, let's plan on Monday, March 25, at 3:00 p.m. I've never been on the ship, but I assume there are tables in that lounge. So I'll put a piece of paper with "Unofficial DIS Cruise Board Meet" or something like that on a table. The Promenade Lounge might be a good place for adults to meet.

Any other thoughts? Who can make it to one or both?

I'm in for both meets, sounds like a plan to me. The area around the Goofy pool isn't that big,but lets say port side near the deck chairs close to the railing okay?? Anyone have green ribbons??We can do that too! We will be the loud,rowdy group from NJ.

Thanks for the info on the port side. My dad told me tonite.I plan to be at both meetings and can't wait to get there. I plan on checking luggage tomorrow and going to bed early tomorrow nite!!!!!Kathryn
