View Full Version : Anyone else notice how slow Milesource is.

Ever since they changed the site it has been slow as molasses. It takes forever for the pages to load and credit.

Yes, it is slower. I think the new way is harder to navigate, too.

I've been having problems with Milesource even b4 the changes. I have to refresh the page on each site several times before it will give me the "You have earned one award mile" screen. and it has always been slow to credit points for me, sometimes it will short me a point or two. I've tried MS using Netscape & Internet Explorer but neither one works very well for me.

Anyone else having these problems? If I can ever get enough points, I may just cash in & quit this one. I hate to though, I like the trivia & games, I just wish I could get the click fix to work right.

I am so fed up with Milesource right now...I haven't been there in a few days, except to do trivia and that is it! Makes me so mad...I think this change is to slow us all down or something, but the thing that gets me is it takes forever to get any miles to begin with! Anyway, Milesource is last on my list of "to do" reward programs...if I get to it, great, if not, I don't worry about it...especially since I cashed out last month, so I am back at nothing!! LOL

I have not been able to log in to Milesource for the last 4-5 days. I've sent a couple of emails over the last few days but have not had any response.

working alright for me not slow and no problems except all those trivia question the other night LOL

Just the opposite here... I have been getting my points faster!!! Sometimes I get the Congrats line before the page has even totally loaded. A couple times today it only took a few seconds. Sorry you are having trouble. Its funny you posted this, I was thinking of posting my excitment of it being faster!!!!!
