What's your favorite park? And why.

My personal favorite is Epcot, specifically the World Showcase. But I could go to them all, ALL the time.

I have to go with Magic Kingdom. No other park makes me feel the magic of Disney more than the Magic Kingdom. It's such a great park, not discrediting the other parks but MK to me is the BEST!!

ugh... :rotfl: I love them all but Epcot has to be my favorite because of the World Showcase... I love walking around and experiencing the different contries and Illuminations is always a tear jerker for me...

I have to vote MK (though Epcot is close) because the MK is full of great memories from when my children were younger. Imagine a little 2 1/2 yr old girl breaking away from her parents running full steam ahead to see Mickey while yelling "Mickey Mouse, Mickey Mouse!! I'm here! I'm here!!" Thus began the WDW love affair for the family which now encompasses 3 generations of Mickey freaks:goodvibes

Oh, my heart belongs to the Magic Kingdom. But my stomach belongs to Epcot! popcorn:: popcorn:: popcorn:: It's funny, when I break it down, as an adult I enjoy Epcot so much more - I love the World Showcase, and all the different countries (and foods, obviously) and I love Spaceship Earth and all the 'science-y' futuristic stuff in Epcot. But my heart leaps at the thought of MK - I suppose it's the dozens of trips as a very small child to Disneyland, as well as just...the magic of MK.

The Magic Kingdom because that was the first Disney park I went to as a kid and brings back so many wonderful memories. Just looking at the castle is amazing to me.

Second is ECPOT (World Showcase).

If Hollywood Studios didn't have RRR and TT I probably wouldn't go there.

Definitely in the minority here...I LOVE Hollywood Studios. Probably because I love movies so much.

Epcot is a close 2nd, followed by Animal Kingdom. I think MK is very boring. I could easily go a full trip without setting foot in MK. Only thing I really like is Haunted Mansion. But...I was 33 on my first trip to WDW and I don't have nor do I ever plan on having kids.

I love MK, after all it's the original "Disney." But I just love Epcot! I love Spaceship Earth (well, the old one, anyway....haven't seen the newest update yet!), Soarin', Test Track, and I could watch the Fountain of Nations perform to music all day long...! The countries are fantastic, and Illuminations is my favorite fireworks show.

I love Animal Kingdom the best because I find it
very Beautiful (all of the landscaping and architecture).
I love the shows (favorite shows in WDW).
AK has my favorite Parade. Love the Tigers!!!
I enjoy the Safari and trails--its a very pleasent place

The park that I picked was Hollywood Studios because I love Rockin' Roller and Tower of Terror. But I also love Magic Kingdom because they have most of my favorite rides.

Epcot is my favorite, although it is truly hard to pick a favorite because I like each park for different reasons. The World Showcase just thrills the heck out of me though. Our family loves to eat our way around the world and we love the atmosphere of each country. It feels like a vacation within a vacation for us when we are there. ;)

Always loved EPCOT, its just such a different experience than any place else. Big Animal Lover and with the exception of Dinoland USA, the park is so immersive! Magik Kingdom is of course tried and true, maybe its because we have been there the most and to the various incarnations, Disneyland, Disneyworld and Paris Disney that the experience might be a little overdone for me. Hollywood Studios is OK, I mean its a fun park but its not on par at the moment IMO.

My whole family has a different favorite park.

Mine in Animal Kingdom. I always feel at home there. I love walking thru the entrance and how the trees cover the sidewalk. Then walking thru the rocks. I always feel like I am walking thru a cave. I have always love animals and love all the rides at AK.

DH loves Disney Studios. For no other reason than he is a movie buff.

Now for the shocker, DS. He absolutely loves EPCOT. He has ever since we started going. Way back when he was 3. He loves the Behind the Seeds tour. Asks to do it everytime we go. Last time we went it was just the 3 of us. Very informative and he got to release some ladybugs into the gardens. He couldn't stop talking about it for months afterwards. He also got to feed the fish. The minute the food hit the water they went crazy.

We all like the MK, but the other parks just seem to make us smile simply at the thought of visiting them.

Epcot. I absolutely love the World Showcase. I could spend all day just walking around just taking pictures and still not see everything. I think the live performances are amazing, illuminations is fabulous, food is delicious, and the shopping is tons of fun!

:tink: I can't pick my favorite. I Love them all. To me WDW is a magical place that is never meant to be fully understood how everything happens. I think I could visit them everyday and never get tired of them. Each time I go I learn about new things or notice something I hadn't noticed before. My first trip was in 2006 and we bought a Pal Mickey. :smickey: He was expensive and an extra item to carry around the park but he was worth every penny. He tells you of things you may not notice otherwise.

I love all the parts quite a bit but went with Hollywood Studios. What pushed it over the edge was the Star Wars weekends. Just really good time the time I went for that before Episode 2 came out

3 - Animal Kingdom

4 - Epcot

As much as I love AK I realized this year that if we were in WDW and did not get to MK then our trip would seem so empty. Just arriving at the MK and the walk from the entrance to the Dumbos (first ride every year) I feel so happy to be there. I am transformed into a little kid once again everytime. No other park can do that.

MK for me! While I really love the other parks - the MK is just so similar to my first love - DL. Being a native CA 'ian, and a former CM at DL - it's definitely a comfort thing, when I get down to thinking about it. The MK just feels like "home" whereas the others are more like going to a friend's house. :)

From the first visit in 1978 we fell in love with the Magic Kingdom. Over the years the addition of the other parks was fun and exciting but nothing comes close to entering Main Street and seeing the castle. Looking forward to May 4 when we will visit again.:cool1: :cool1:

Epcot, when I was a WDWCP'er, I would stop by after my work shift and
watch illuminations and ride a few rides, just to relax. So it was like an escape from the actual work side of the program.

So people think its the most boring park on the property....but if your open minded, it'll get better.

MK is right up there, but I would have to say Epcot. My most fond memory when I was a kid was walking into Epcot and staring up at Spaceship Earth a lit up (purple and orange) glowing and I was amazed!!:eek:

Ok, it would have to be MK!:lovestruc I think it's because of all the childhood memories. I grew visiting LA every summer and have been to DL too many times to count, plus many to WDW. The castle, Main Street, the sounds & smells...ah, just magical.

EPCOT comes as a very close 2nd because I find it offers so much more as an adult. AK is 3rd because I'm an animal lover :goodvibes ...and DHS, well, I could skip this one altogether if not for Fantasmic.:rolleyes1

When I was a kid I said Magic Kingdom. I hated Epcot as many of my peers said at that time. Now, as an adult, I would most likely say Epcot is my favorite*, the World Showcase in particular. I haven't been to Animal Kingdom and MGM, but I would be happy to skip them and go to Universal Orlando instead.

My (our) very first trip to WDW was in 2006.
We visited all the other parks first and saved MK for last. I am so glad we did. I think I would have been disappointed with the other parks if we did MK first. The magic that happens as soon as you hit the front of the park is amazing. The way they open the park just sets a tone for the rest of the day. I loved how they have music playing and the train comes into the depot with Mickey and other characters. The whole day and night was just so awesome for me.

Now the other parks all have something wonderful about them too. :) It rained when we were at the other parks (and not just for a few minutes :sad2: ) that we did not get to enjoy and experience a lot of what the other parks offer. We did not get to ride a few of the major rides because they closed the rides due to the rain or the lines were soooooo long that we couldn't get on them. :eek:

I am looking forward to our trip in September. I am hoping and praying the weather will cooperate so I can take in the beauty and thrills of the all parks. :smickey:
