I have not stayed at either one of these hotels, but there is a huge thread below on the new country inn and suites. Of your two choices, I would definintely pick that one.

We reallyreallyreally liked Comfort Suites Maingate East on 192 (beside/hind Old Town). Huge terrific b'fast buffet, 2 comfy queen beds AND a sofa bed in each suite, separated sleeping/living area (not separate rooms, but still easy for kids to go to sleep while adults are watching quiet tv), fridge/microwave/coffeemaker in each suite, big bathrooms, efficient and friendly housekeeping, fun pool for the kids. What more could you want? Try going to choicehotels.com and check all prices for this property- the buisiness rate is usually pretty cheap. I think we paid $55/nite in Jan. 2001.
