I just got an email that the owners of my LSS are moving to South Carolina and unless someone buys the store in the next two weeks they are closing!!! I am devastated. I didn't buy a ton from there but there was a series of classes I took every month that I loved.

Ok, I just needed to vent!

Seriously though I'm sorry, I hate it when the small stores close. We are losing one, it's really their own fault because they weren't very nice but still. It feels like Mikes and ACMoore won ya know.

Where in SC ?? I usually go visit Myrtle Beach and well maybe they will open a store there ?? Our LSS went out but someone told me they moved somewhere else on the Island I now just have to find them .

Myrtle beach has a scrapbook store. It's at barefoot landing (the one by alligator adventure). I was there last summer and it's not real big but did have some nice stuff.

I hate this too! Our one and only LSS closed about a month ago.:sad1: Michaels is all we have left.:mad:

Our LLS closed on St. Pat's Day this year. All I have left now is Mike's and AC Moore. It just broke my heart. I always shopped in there. She said the economy was just down so much people weren't buying like they were. Who can argue with that? It just stinks though. I really feel your pain! :hug:
