Some help with WDW Florist PLEASE!

I have called at 3 different times, both yesterday and today and I keep getting the message that the WDW Florist is closed and they want to forward me to the FTD Service Center. I am calling 407-827-3505 - a number I got here on the DIS. I called at 11am CST, 2pm CST and now this morning at 10:20CST. What gives? When are these people open? Can you please tell me what time of day you called to actually get a real person at the WDW Florist and not this recorded message?

That is the same number I used and I got right through to a real person. I think I called around 3 or 4pm eastern time. They might be busy with people placing orders for Easter. Good Luck getting through.

I actually called them yesterday to confirm that a honeymoon basket was delivered...it said they were closed, but they would transfer me to the FTD department....I left a message with someone there to call me back with the confirmation that it was delivered to the room ,but no word back yet.

Good luck!! I may try calling again too....
