If we check in on Wednesday night, would the 4th day for maid service be saturday or sunday and does it include changing the sheets if we are only there for 4 nights?

For a stay of 7 nights or less you get Trash & Towel service on your 4th day. Your trash is emptied and any towels you have used will be replaced. They are supposed to replace any used toiletries (shampoo, soap) but that doesn't always happen in my experience. Your check-in day is "day 1" so your T&T service would be on Saturday. You can ask to have it done on a different day if you would prefer since you will be checking out on day five.

For stays of 8 nights or more, you get a full cleaning (including changing the sheets) on day 4, T&T on day 8, cleaning on day 12, etc.

The day you check in is considered the first day. So you'll get Trash and Towel service on Saturday.

Last trip to BCV, we were there for 4 nights and on the day of cleaning, we just told them no need to. Just two of us, had done our towels ourselves and taken out the trash. Figure a little karma can go a long way.
