Pirate's Punch - included in Dining Plan?

Is the Pirate's Punch with the glowing Tinker Bell or Captain Hook included as a drink on the dining plan? Thanks!

When we were there last September, that was considered extra and not included on the dining plan.

We asked at Boma and it is not included. We just returned 2 weeks ago.

Thanks! I was just wondering because I knew that the milkshakes at WCC were included and they're the same price as the Pirate's Punch, guess it's because you get a souvenier with it? Thanks again.
