Big gardener here...loved the stats about how many plants were used in the designs!

Are you were mentioned Ursula! Apprarently Kevin felt confident you
got the tea bag joke! ;)

I loved Bawb's review too, but how can they not have done Bambi! And Pooh! and Eeyore!?!?! :sad1:

I LOVE the F&G, I have gone the last 3 years for it and I can't believe they cut back on the topiaries? Maybe since F&G is starting so much earlier all the topiaries aren't "done" yet and they will be coming out with more later?

You know how everyone has a Disney Dream Job? Working in the horticulture department of WDW is mine. Just think...getting to the parks WAYYYY before there are any visitors, and playing in the dirt, and making it all pretty? One of my earliest Disney memories is walking into Epcot, and getting whalloped by the the heady scent of masses of sweet alyssum. Oh, how I'd love to garden year-round!

This thread reminds me of "Revenge of the Jedi." Or maybe Dragnet. The names (titles) were changed to protect the innocent. You tried, Mindy. You tried. ;) :thumbsup2

Y'know, I knew I didn't change it up fast enough...you guys simply have no other life.

Why, thank you! Don't take the "have no other life" thing as an insult...around here, it is the highest of compliments!

I wonder if they had those stars and stripes topiaries...

NOPE! Not even one in the America Pavilion. Just a note you can check out part two of the Epcot Flower and Garden video to see what it was like first hand. Just a note the wind was very strong that day and I recommend turning your volume down just a little.
Here is the link to go see it.

Want to come to NC? We need to work on our 3/4 acre landscaping...poor NC B. had been spending the past 2 weekends digging holes and planting trees. Our small kitchen is being to look like the Land pavillion...almost want to sing the songs.

Part 3 is all set to go. I just have to wait till You tube is done with some maintenance work tonight. Look for it tomorrow along with part 4 that finishes up the ride around World Showcase, which will also include some highlights of other areas around Epcot that I captured on video.

Cool! Thanks Bob! I can't wait to see Part 3. I absolutely LOVE  Kaht Kam, such a great idea. I had the best time watching your Magic Kingdom series. I'm not much of a TV watcher, but wouldn't mind getting one of those big screens to watch Kaht Kam on! :thumbsup2
