I just talked to Shirley from The Perfect Gift (what a nice person!!!) and she gave me directons to the Easter Mass on the beach at 6 a.m. on Easter Sunday. She asked me to post these in case anyone else was interested. She will be there and so will we. Here's what I have:
Take A1A south to a stop light at Osceola Lane. You will pass Perkins, Beach wave, etc. Turn left onto Osceola Lane and take it until it ends at the beach. She said mass is casual and to bring a blanket to sit on. Since we could never do this in Illinois, my kids looking forward to this even if it is at 6 a.m. Hope this helps for anyone who might be interested.

Hi Dave - hope all is well on your side of the world - anyhow the reason mass is at 6am - there have been some foolishness on the beach - and the homeless have made it their haven - where the mass is going to be held - it is safe - but never safe than sorry - I have gone at twilight and the sun breaking over it awesome - you have the breeze off the ocean - the birds are flying around etc - oh too for those that are not catholic - there is a non demonational at the end of 520 on the beach - it is also casual and beautiful - if anyone going off the ship and need blankets etc - if you will call me at the shop, I will make sure everyone has something to sit on and then can drop it back off.
Call 800-950-4559,
Meanwhile everyone have a safe trip here and a wonderful cruise.
Always
Shirley
