OK open minded ladies..... I have a very good looking uncle who is looking for a single woman 37-48 who thinks that they are up to the challenge of making him a believer in Disney. As of now he is not. He has gone once in 1978 and has never gone back. He is looking for a special someone to meet in Paris in the World Showcase in Epcot sometime in the month of September. Exact date would depend on the chosen woman's availability. Here is a little bit about my uncle. His name is Paul. He is 5'11", 176lbs. He has hazel eyes and dark hair. He just turned 50 years young. He is a carpenter by trade, excells in other trades and works for the government. He loves to workout and be outdoors. He likes to cook and has an awesome sense of humor. ( he always has everyone laughing no matter where he is!). He is a helpless romantic! Some of his ideals would be a woman between 37-48, single, athletic ( or share his passion for working out), a woman who can wear jeans and get her hands dirty but then slip on a sexy dress for an evening out. Please no one taller than him :)---- some of you may be wondering why I am doing this for my uncle? if you knew him, you would know...... he is an awesome guy and just deserves a little bit of fun and happiness in his life. who knows.... maybe more?? I did come up with the idea and he is all for it and very excited about how fun this could be! I tried to download his picture to this post but I just can't figure it out. So for now, until I can figure it out or think of a better way. Email me chrisnkristin1@aol.com and I will send you a pic, but you have to be willing to send yours too. Thats the rule :)--- We are going to keep the post going for 1 month so that travel plans can be made for him ( i will be making him a reservation through DVC for this trip and will need time for availability)--- So c'mon ladies start postin' or sendin'.:yay:

Unfortunately I am only 33 years old. I don't think it will be long before you find someone for him, he sounds like a really great guy. Now if I can find one in my age group......

Open an account on photobucket dot com. You can upload your photos to that site for free. Once you have uploaded, there is a little list under each photo. copy the one that says IMG code, and paste it in your post. Photo will magically appear :)

I think what you are doing for your uncle is super sweet, and really romantic. :)

So sad, :sad2: finally an eligible man close to my age, but I'm 51. Just one year pass his range. He does sound like a really great guy.

Some of the other ladies might like to know..Has he ever been married? Any children....

I wish him all the best of luck finding his Princess.

now, c'mon ladies i said what some of his "ideals" would be :) -- if any of you think you could find a match with him even if you don't match up with each and every one of his ideals give it a shot. if you're interested send a pic, have some fun... you never know.....---- yes, he has been married. he has 2 grown kids. one is 21 and one is 26. he chose paris b/c to him it sounded the most romantic to possibly meet a new special someone there in a place he really knows nothing about. that is why he will leave the choice of restaraunt up to you. -- i believe someone asked another ??, where he is from? he is from upstate NY. keep the ??? coming. i think he may go on that thread mentioned earlier within this post. he told me he'd give it a shot. he will need to sign up for a dis account so be looking for a newbie, not sure what his username will be. but i'll be sure to post when i know. thanks for all the ??? -- keep them coming and send some pics! PM me or e-mail chrisnkristin1@aol.com pixiedust::love:

you guys are too funny!! --- i tried to get him to go on that one thread mentioned earlier in this post and he just feels kind of out of his element i guess. A) he's not a chat board kind of guy B) thus far he's not a disney kind of guy either. he said he would just feel kind of funny. i will tell you this much though he is really having fun with this. it's a way different approach that he's ever taken. just the idea of all of this.... he thinks it's pretty cool. thanks to the ladies that have sent their pics and profiles so far. keep them coming!! ----- i'm going to try and keep him away from this thread to keep him down to earth, grounded if you will :) -- we can't have all this hottie talk going to his head:goodvibes --

He cooks!!!!! Ok, he is perfect! I fit most of the critera. I do have a child though and that may not be part of his critera. But he is sooooo cute!!!!! He should be fielding lots of offers soon.

That could be part of the criteria..... he has 2 grown kids of his own and his 21 year old has a baby he is just crazy for. my kids think he is the craziest and funniest and love to hang out with him! so...... i'm not seeing your pic or profile anywhere??? send it on....;)

I'd love to have someone go with me. I did ask a few people but the only one who could go was my youngest son. Yikes, the thought of him wandering around Disney while I was in meetings just wasn't working for me! He could have brought a friend I guess but that really wasn't working for me either!!! :scared1: I think I'll be able to entertain myself though.

How would you describe your level of patience?

Do you watch TV?
If so, what is/are your favorite shows?

Do you bury money in a coffee can in the backyard or one who spends it like confetti?

What would be the first thing you would do at WDW?

1: through private talk to see what we have in common, sense of humor is important, someone who is athletic or likes to work out
2:because when i went, i went w/ a friend of mine close to park closing and went straight for thunder mountain went on 3 times and then the park closed. after that i just never had an interest to go. since then i've been to europe a couple times and thought that i'd never go back after that.
3:hopefully meet that special someone in epcot

Belle, yes NurseDarcy was on this post at the beginning, but she's at work now with no computer access plus the time difference. We weren't sure how this question/answer thing was going to work. So it was easier for me to ask them, since I'm on EST. Now we know, you can post your questions anytime and eventually Uncle Paul will answer via his niece.

Not that it matters but you misunderstood me I am thinking. While you were on here at 7pm EST posting your questions Nurse Darcy was also on here at 7pm EST watching you as you typed your questions which is why I wondered why she wasnt asking her own questions. NP I just found that strange is all.

I guess this is an hour ahead and I missed much of it. Sooooo..........I'll just throw some questions out there.

Are you a smoker?

Do you balance your checkbook to the penny or do you round off?

What is your favorite cuisine?

What is your favorite all time song?

Describe your perfect day.

Were you in born in NY or someplace else?

What were you doing a year ago today?

What is your favorite color?

Are you a morning person or a night owl?

Would you consider a relationship with someone that has a child?

I am still trying to think up questions so I'll come back later.

i will be talking to uncle paul later today to get answers to your ???-- he will probably be around again today sometime... either way, i'll get your answers soon........

your ??? will be aswered later when i talk to uncle paul...... also---to our knowledge we haven't gotten an e-mail from you? if you think maybe we did not get it, please resend....one more thing.... as we said, we're going to keep this going for a month. there has been at least one thing about each and every e-mail or post that uncle paul has gotten that caught his attention, for some it may not be the questions you asked or your stats. it may be your personality totally coming through on your e-mails. some of you sent an e-mail immediatley to be forwarded to him that had more than just stats. ---- what i'm saying is keep them coming--- he has not made a decision yet and will not until this post comes to an end at one month.

Sorry I didnt mean for that to sound creepy and I was just making an observation. Obviously I dont know that she was watching, I just know she was on the disboards when I was looking through the posts as her online button was green showing she was logged into disboards. It wasnt a big deal I was just pointing out that I wondered why she was haveing ttester ask the questions if she was available to do so and why tester would think nurse darcy was not around when she was. It wasnt a big deal just something I noticed.

I found out how you can tell if someone is online, look below the person's avatar you will see a dot that is green, it would be gray if their offline. I did found out that even though it's green, it doesn't mean that their on that particular thread, they could be in another thread.

I don't think your Uncle will have any problems at all. He seems like a very genuine and fun loving guy. If I could be in Florida soon I would jump at the chance, if given the opportunity. I am 34, but like you said I don't believe you can pigeon hole a number or classify exactly what a person is looking for. I absolutley love Disney and always look for the chance to show others why I love it so much. My next trip con't be until 2009 though. I wish you all the good luck.

I would love to travel other places, I haven't had the opportunity to too much, I have gone to the carolinas a couple times, Dallas, Texas, And Colorado several times to go to football games.

2. Some people don't understand my love or passion for disney. Most people here will, I have had someof my most memorable moments there. It always amazes me the magical things that happen there. The looks on kids and adults faces is pure joy and happiness. I have collected Mickey Mouse and read about Walt Disney since I can remember, His ideas about business and family were way before his time. He was a revalutionary.

3. Start a tradition. You have to find something to do that you want to so everytime. I take the same picture on Main Street everytime, so that Each trip I can see the difference. I would say take time to look at the details, and jump on a ride.

I would say paris would be your best place to meet, but definetly Italy for dinner. I have never eaten there, but I have been told that the restaurant there is one of the best. You would be surprised there are several quiet places in epcot, at different times of the evening. Well until Illuminations starts. You will be happy to know that only one ride on Disney takes you upside down, so you don't have to worry about that to much. But if you like Margarita's the ones in Mexico are wonderful. Some of my greatest fun in Epcot is eating my way around the countries, a little snack here and there, you might want to consider that to, it would leave you a lot of time to talk.

My son was selected to be a parade, watching my daughter who fully believes she is cinderella, sit down and have a talk in the castle with cinderella. I am a big kid at heart, and I have been over a dozen times, and I am still moved to tears when I watch the fireworks over the castle, or the kiss goodnight, your niece will know what that is. There has been so many moments, I guess I just feel a peace when I am there, and I only feel it there.

Sounds silly to some, but I can never get enough.

Paris for me, I've only eaten at one country in Epcot and that was in Paris. The food was excellent. I enjoy dress up but if we're planning to continue with rides, then I would dress casual. As for desserts, Beaches and Creams or the Bakery at MK..But the best dessert are on cruise ships. I love to dance, so Pleasure Island is a must. I mostly stay at Shades of Green, it's in between two golf courses and there is a lake with benches which I love just to sit there and listen to the wildlife.

it's like nothing else i have ever seen. it is directly on the mediterranean. la cinque means 5. there are 5 little towns built into the rock cliffs. above them are hills tiered off w/ olive trees and vines of grapes. it is amazing. the water is the bluest water you will ever see in your life. you mingle w/ the locals and you eat fresh fish. nothing like it at all.......

I mean he has a good time, but he doesn't get it like my sis and I do. He is a big ham with the characters though, so that always makes for a good laugh.

Sure- 1. If I could travel half the year I would but I try to get away as often as possible. The places vary--Disney and Allegany or Adirondacks are regular trips, California, Florida Keys, South Beach, Vegas, Atlanta for work, Mexico (this is the list for the past 4-5 years or so)

2. I love Disney for different reasons but right now it's sort of like a home-away-from home since I have DVC (vacation club). It's nice to go there and have everyone happy no matter who I bring.

3. The first thing would be to just slow down, relax, take in the atmosphere and grab a glass of wine or maybe a giant margarita lol

I mostly stay at Shades of Green, it's in between two golf courses and there is a lake with benches which I love just to sit there and listen to the wildlife.

my neice tells me shades of green is a military resort? are you military?

is paris the best place to meet, or italy?
what is the best thrill ride, i don't do upside down, but anything else.
which country in epcot is the most romantic restaurant ?
where do we go for dessert?
do we dress up or do casual?
could dancing be in this picture?
where is the quietest place to take a walk ( is there quiet in disney?)
is there anything else i'm forgetting....

Not sure if this is open to all. I have been a lurker on the boards for awhile now and do not post often. I would like to interject something here about romantic places. One, the Italian place has since changed hands, so I am not sure how it tastes. There is an upstairs place in France, but again, I have not been in awhile and names alude me. I feel that any place can be romantic if you let it. The French ones and Le Cellier in Canada Pavillion are nice. I could answer all your questions that you listed, but I feel I am interrupting. Good luck.

it's like nothing else i have ever seen. it is directly on the mediterranean. la cinque means 5. there are 5 little towns built into the rock cliffs. above them are hills tiered off w/ olive trees and vines of grapes. it is amazing. the water is the bluest water you will ever see in your life. you mingle w/ the locals and you eat fresh fish. nothing like it at all.......

That almost sounds like Turkey..which I've been to and love the Mediterranean, as you said the water is the bluest in the world.

Adirondacks?!? now we're talking.... i live in the foothills of the Adirondacks. have you been to keen region for hiking?

Lucky you! I spent a week or so every summer in the Adirondacks visiting my aunt and uncle so I know the area. They live in Saratoga but had this cottage near Loon Lake. And I have hiked a few mountains there, just can't recall the names

For thrills--Mission Space --or just excellent company. :-D
Quiet walk--the walk between Epcot and MGM is lovely, and the walk around the boardwalk is also beautiful--especially at sunset, or very, very late at night when no one is around, just the lights reflecting off the stillness of the lake.

The most romantic restaurant is anywhere there is excellent romantic company--could be takeout shwarma from Tangerine Cafe if the "vibe" is right, but really, you can't beat Le Cellier in Canada.

Dancing--please!

:cool1: I missed the chats..darned it...heheh I should have passed some questions on to you T:) Cindy Lou Who....loving the Disney Bachelor Banner...and I think you should put yourself in the mix here....(btw Paul, Cindy and Teresa both are 2 very special ladies....u might want to investigate that further....lol) Ok ladies..you know me, I am forever playing matchmaker.....

However...I think you ladies forgot what is the most romantic part of every little girl(and big girls) part of Disney.... Ladies, you know that feeling you get when you are standing there at the Castle during Wishes....That moment when your heart skips a beat as you "wish" upon the stars shooting up into the sky behind the castle...As you see that awesome "pop" of colorful bright lights you and I both know what all unattached ladies are wishing for in your heart. You are wishing that at that very moment your Prince Charming was standing there behind you with his arms around you, holding you close...and then and only then would your wish be fulfilled.... "Wishes" is the most wonderful, romantic and MAGICAL part of WDW.... Wishes is where the MAGIC begins..... What little girl(big girl) hasnt dreamed of a Cinderella wedding, castle and all......

The quietest place in the parks is the bridge and walkway that runs behind the castle over to the right.....and it is perfect for an afternoon stroll hand in hand....

I was surprised noone mentioned Chef de France as a romantic restaurant.... Excellent food and service.....

Best non upside down thrill ride would have to be ToT....and hopefully you get on it at just the right time where it will take you up at least 5 times.

The best way to show someone Disney Magic is thru your own excitement and love of "The World" To let your inner child shine thru, the twinkle in your eyes and the spring in your step ....When you hit those gates it is just so deep that it overflows into everything you do, you see the castle for the first time that "vacation" and you just want to grab someone and dance around . Its about the excitement of going "home" after a long time away. Someone that loves Disney World with a Passion is brought to a whole new level the moment they see that arch that says Disney World. A true love for Disney brings tears to your eyes on that last night as you turn around at the train station and look back for that last glimpse of the castle , knowing that will be the last time you see it for a while.

So, ladies let that enthusiasm shine through... There is nothing wrong with being a child at heart and isnt that what this was all about to begin with....Paul looking for a lady that can show him what this passion for Disney is all about...so let it come thru in your posts..Let him "FEEL" what we feel at the very prospect of going to DW if only for a few days!!! This board is full of lovely , unattached ladies who love DW...so SHOW IT!!!!! Let your enthusiasm shine thru...and Cin I think you need to bring your humorous self over here:):):rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

It looked like these were meant as questions for the general group, so here goes...

1: do you travel anywhere else besides disney?
At this point I'm working *and* in grad school, so I don't have tons of time for anything. I have travelled, and love to. I have fond memories of a "small ship cruise" in Alaska--would love to do that again. And I'd really love to travel outside the US as well.

2: what makes you love disney so much?
*-years of happy family-related memories (we went for the first time in 1971)
*-life-related stress can't follow you down Main St. USA (although it is waiting for you when you get back home)
*-I am in a customer-service-ish line of work. It's a real treat to go to WDW where there are thousands of people who seem to genuinely want me to have a good time.

3: what is the first disney thing you'd want me to do?
Someone already posted "meet me," so that's taken. :-) If you want to jump right into the magic, an early morning breakfast at the Crystal Palace that gets you into the Magic Kingdom before it opens.

Fun conversation!

chrisnkristin1, Just found this thread accidently. I don't usually read the Solos travelers board but I saw your title about single woman wanted on the main page and checked it out. After reading your first post I thought of my best friend. She is 43 and may be a good match. I sent her that first post and I'm waiting to hear from her for permission to send you a photo and info.
What you're doing for your uncle is so nice. He sounds like a great guy.

I'm finally back and apparently have missed out on lots. I do have some questions for you Paul.

1. What's your idea of the perfect first date? And no it doesn't have to have anything to do with Disney!

2. If you have a free evening at home what would you spend it doing?

3. Are you normally late, early or right on time for dates, movies, meetings, dinner etc?

4. If I were to look in your vehicle right now what would I find? Would it be a complete mess or nice and tidy?

5. Favorite foods?

6. What kind of music do you listen to?

7. Do you sing out loud even if you don't sing well?

8. Other than this board what was the last thing that made you laugh out loud?

9. How do you resolve a conflict with someone, personal or professional?

10. Do you like to cuddle?

11. Where did you go and what did you do on your last vacation?

Apparently I had way too much time sitting in airports, I have more questions that can be answered later...if it comes to that.

AND any man who will only accept a woman if she fits into his preconceived mold is not worth it anyway so I say give Paul a chance, you will never know unless you give it a shot...and whats the harm in
adding your "love resume" to the pot, its just as unfair for US to prejudge Paul

1. Do you travel anywhere else besides Disney?

Absolutely! Most recently my youngest son and I went on a quick 3 day cruise to the Bahamas. My oldest son and I had gone to Cancun last year so I figured this was the fair thing to do and I'm continually trying to create memories with the boys before they're grown and gone. I have a thing for clear water and white sand and there's not much of that in Iowa! Someday when I grow up I want to be a dolphin trainer!!! Other than that I've been to San Diego, Denver, San Antonio, Black Hills/Badlands, Wyoming, KC all for personal trips. Have to admit I haven't been out East much.

2. What makes you love Disney so much?

Not sure there's any one specific thing. I'm continually amazed at the attention to detail that Disney puts into everything and the "show" they put on for us every day. But if I take my head out of it and just go with my heart I'd have to say it's all about the castle for me, you know the whole Prince Charming thing! I know it's corny but guess that means I'm a little corny and still a romantic at heart.

3. What is the first Disney thing you'd want me to do?

Well since I am all about the castle that's where I'd go first, in the evening of course, that's my favorite time in the parks, which of course leads right into the fireworks. If there is enough time to plan though, I would try and get cruise reservations for Illuminations! That shouldn't be missed.

4. What is the best thrill ride?

I am a coaster person through and through, upside down, backwards, forwards etc but since you don't do the upside down thing I'd have to say Tower of Terror. Gets the blood pumping everytime!

5. Which country in Epcot is the most romantic restaurant?

My theory is any place can be romantic with the right person! Even hanging out on the couch at home watching movies!!!!

6. Where do we go for dessert?

One of my favorite places to eat is Beaches and Cream. They have the best cheeseburgers and ice cream. OMG the No Way Jose is the best sundae it has chocolate ice cream and a peanut butter topping to die for. And there's enough for two to share! I love anything chocolate unless there's coconut involved! Plus I love the Yacht Club/Boardwalk area anyway, it's Disney without being TOO Disney. Jellyrolls is also right there and that's a blast!

7. Do we dress up or do casual?

We do practical! I like to people watch and this past week while at Disney um I'm mean the conference, I actually laughed out loud several times when I saw some of the shoes women were wearing. I want to be comfortable so I can walk around and do the rides and enjoy myself. I don't want to have to sit on a bench somewhere because my toes hurt so badly I'm miserable. But if we're going out and not doing the parks we can dress up too!

8. Could dancing be in this picture?

I would hope there would be dancing!

9. Where is the quietest place to take a walk?

There are lots of quiet places normally at the resorts though. Half the fun is exploring the resorts and finding those "special" spots as with any city or destination you visit. My spot is in the Magic Kingdom after the parade and the fireworks are done and all the people are leaving or pretty much gone there's a bench in the square centered with the castle at the other end of main street. Sitting on that bench watching the castle changing colors its like you're the only person in the park and the castle is putting a show on just for you. And if you let yourself you remember your dreams and what makes you happy and remember you are truly blessed.

lol..ok i know this is OT for this thread but thats funny..on the cheese and are you certain it wasnt some sort of cheese you just arent familiar with....:lmao:

AND any man who will only accept a woman if she fits into his preconceived mold is not worth it anyway so I say give Paul a chance, you will never know unless you give it a shot...and whats the harm in
adding your "love resume" to the pot, its just as unfair for US to prejudge Paul
and his "pacakge requirements" as it would be for him to judge the ladies based on those requirements. You ladies are sweet, witty, charming, adventuresome, intelligent and if you go back to the original post you all have the ONE thing required.... A LOVE OF ALL THINGS DISNEY
princess: So as I said in a previous post let that love shine thru and maybe just MAYBE.....This might be YOUR year of a Million Dreams coming TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!

acm563, i swear you could write hallmark cards, everything you say is so sweet . nice, and inspirational :goodvibes -- you are very right!! please all of you..... i'm sure if uncle paul did not list those " ideals" in the first post many of you would be asking what do you look for in a woman?--- he actually had a hard time thinking things up for his ideals b/c he didn't want to miss out on anybody that may be perfect! so please, don't think that those are his rules--- they are not, and he knows just as all of you that there really can be no perfect mold---- so send those e-mails and pics!!:)

A "love resume" brought on by Uncle Paul
I'm 20 or 30 , I'm tall or I'm small

I love to work out or I sit on the couch
I'm Happy, or Witty and sometimes a Grouch.

My hair is black, brown or red streaked with gold
I am bashful and shy or ever so bold.

My favorite desserts are strawberries and cream
Or cheesecake or truffles whatever it seems

I order cheese platters but somethings not right
That pate on my plate, well it gave me a fright

I love to travel the world on a cruise
Or sit on the bench and take off these darned shoes

I dance and I stare with the utmost delight
As the fireworks at the castle illuminate the night.

I look for My Prince but he's not by my side
Phooey on him, Its Extra Magic Hours, Let's ride :)

So bring out your banter, your silly poems too
We'll make a believer of Paul before this is through.

Ok I am bored...so sue me...heheheh (a poet I am not, Hallmark will not hire me...heheheheh..and I am waiting for jades word for this....heheheehh
(gaggy mushy gaggy is the word...heheheehh:grouphug: ) (edited to add....this is just me being silly, not MY resume....ehheheh in case someone points this out to Randy who is currently at The World...lolrof)

Paul,

Since most guys have no clue what women are looking for here’s a list of what turns me on and off.

Turn ons....
~First and foremost RESPECT
~Sense of humor
~Intelligent without being a brainiac
~Knows how to hold a stimulating conversation as well as how to be comfortably silent
~Must have a relationship with God....strong Christian values but not necessarily into organized religion...(its all about the relationship with Jesus not about whether you go to church)
~Must be responsible but never grow up (still know how to be childlike and impulsive).
~Must know how to handle a quiet night at home on occasion without constantly having to be on the go
~Cooking is a plus(but if you make a mess you have to help clean it up)
~Must realize the importance of maintaining our own identities, there must be a you and an I as well as an us....
~Old fashioned and can make decisions (after considering my opinion as well, but that doesn't mean he chooses what I think)
~Be my "Best Friend" where I feel like I can tell you anything.
~When we vacation in Disney or anywhere else, you are excited to be there as much as I.
~Someone who enjoys sharing the housework with me and even the laundry.
~Brings me flowers just because he loves me.
~Loves to travel
~Well manner and polite

Turn offs
~Rudeness...to anyone
~Wimps
~Intellectually challenged and cannot hold a conversation ...if I am yawning and looking at my watch it is time to move on
~Conceited people that thinks looks are all that matter (looks are LOW on my list of priorities, they fade so there has to be something more)
~Guys that are disrespectful or abusive to any female or child
~Guys who think they are God's gift to women.
~violence
~controlling
~arrogance

Do you sound like a guy that could turn me on or off?

Come ladies, join in, what are your turn ons and turn offs? :rolleyes1

CinRell
04-04-2008, 10:03 AM

Sorry I missed it tonight..but I wanted to add the following for Paul

:worship: :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship:

It appears he has gathered some women worshipers.

teresa, i am sorry too.... your sense of humor was missed:sad2: -- i'm sorry, we really didn't give much notice yesterday.... next time i'll be sure to give notice though. last night wasn't the best.... we were having computer troubles and things were moving so slow on our end that it felt as though nothing was getting accomplished--- next time will be better though.....:)

1: both, but i like boxer briefs best
2:only if it's big decisions
3:if they were there for one night, no-- if they were there for 1 week, yes
4:that's funny....i save my money, but i REALLY DO save my change and dollar bills in a coffee can-- but it's in my file cabinet drawer.

Oh remember this girls, especially the one that will be selected. He has cash in a coffee can in his file cabinet. So :tiptoe: lightly when you look for it. But don't tell anyone else..:ssst:

I seem to be always out of the loop due to my living on the west coast and working 12 hr shifts. Oh well, maybe our schedule will coincide one of these days. . .lol

Hi all. I have been lurking from the beginning trying to get a feel for Uncle and I must admit I dont feel like I know anything more than I knew on the first day.
In this post you say someone to show Uncle the pleasure of Disney yet there has been nothing he has said to really indicate that he has the desire to experience it. I would ask that he go to the disney world dot com site and look thru the parks and attractions and tell us what looks like it would be of interest for him and see if we can then challenge him to 'feel the love'

Paul is a carpenter you say. What type? Trim work, framing, residential, corporate?

What is his favorite thing to cook? If he is going to be at a DVC in September I think the most romantic meal would be for him to cook for his date, so what would he cook for her?

You speak of his humor and how he keeps you laughing, and I am not being nasty but the only thing that has had me laughing has been the posts from ttester and acm and both gave remarks he could have commented with humor on yet there was nothing.

So what is Paul going to do to keep the lady excited and interested in being on this date because yes he is a nice looking man but you can only be interested in a guys looks for a short time without something else interesting to go along with it. So tell us Uncle what makes you worthy of us? In no way am I trying to be negative just want to point out that the ladies that are posting are important and what will you do to make your date feel special. I am just not getting all of that.
