Cdn 7-day hopper question

Just a little question. We're thinking of waiting to see if the Cdn deal comes out again this fall to purchase our passes for our late December holiday (and hoping there is no blackout period over the holiday season) and wondered, if we were to use, say 5 days and then leave WDW (for a 7-day cruise) and then come back for another couple of days, are the passes still good?

We just bought our 2002 Canadian Special 7DHP and they started Nov 15, 2001 to May 13, 2002, but must be activated by April 30, 2002, 6 months, not bad eh? I think you can use any of the days during those six months and the tickets seem to come out annually. We bought them last year too. S

Tickets should be fine to leave and come back and use the remainder, however I wouldn't count on them being valid in December. Some years they haven't been valid until January.
