Hi all
just wanted to know how you get from the train station to the hotel reception on foot
I know the backage check station is in operation since we had the pleasure of that last time - but this time we'll have cases etc to go through. is this the only way in?
hopefully someone else has doen this and can let me know what the procedure is

We were there in November and we had to open all our cases to be checked, it only took them about a minute to do this, just a quick rummage really, this has happened every year that we've been must be standard procedure. Did remember last year to put our smalls in the bottom of the case as didn't want everyone to see them who was going through as it did happen previous year.:rotfl2:

Most places are easy ot get to, I walk to the Hotel New ork through Downtown disney, Disneyland hotel is the other direction at the DL park entrance.
Newport Bay is also within walking distance.Sequoia a bit further.

I think OP's question was aimed at finding out if there was an alternative entrance for guests arriving with luggage at DLH, not the hotel's location. ;) :)
and I've often wondered this too as I have never seen anyone go through the obligatory bag check with cases

I am also interested in the answer to this, as we will be transferring to the Disneyland Hotel for Halloween Night, this year.
