I'm new to the boards, and I'm so excited to have all this great advice at my fingertips!! I've signed up to attend a Disney Presentation on Tuesday, but I'm still not sure what happens there- does any interviewing take place then, or just over the phone? Also, what should I wear?:confused3

Welcome!

In most cases, you'll be given around a 45 minute presentation on the basics of the College Program, and depending on recruiting's availability (and other factors), they may interview a few candidates following the presentation. In other cases, they will collect the completed applications, and help set up telephone interviews.

As far as what you should wear, you should dress comfortably for the venue, and you may want to dress up a bit. No need for a suit, but a step above street clothes will be beneficial if you're interviewed in person.
