I don't eat red meat and LOVE chicken burgers! I thought, (maybe my pregnant brain was dreaming) Someone mentioned CHICKEN BURGERS!
DO they really have 'em???

I don't recall any chicken burgers on the two 7 day cruises we've been on but they did have great fish burgers(not deep fried but similar to a crab cake) at the BBQ buffet on Castaway Cay. Plus if you enjoy seafood don't miss brunch at Palo's and another seafood buffet offered at Parrot Cay on the ship(check your navigator for the day this is offered of check Dave from Marrietta's web site seen often on this board). I'm sure you'll find pleny of options to accommodate your diet.:)

CHICKEN SANDWICHES AT PLUTOS are awesome! :) They take an extra minute or two usually, but its soo worth the wait.

They were quite yummy....along with the chicken tenders. I good way to tide you over between lunch and dinner, especially if you're second seating. Lunch at 1, ice cream at 3, chicken at 5, dinner at 8. There's always room service (at 11pm, 1am, 2am, ...) :)

Are the chicken sandwiches a grilled piece of chicken. My son is allergic to everything and can't have chicken breaded. A plain piece of grilled chicken would be great at lunch! Thanks.

jtorch - Is your son allergic to wheat or dairy? If it's dairy - you might want to double check before giving him "plain" grilled chicken breasts at restaraunts, etc. I'm dairy free (nursing an allergic DS) and learned that "commercial" chicken breasts go through an egg and milk bath or are often injected with stuff. Surprisingly, the coated ones are more likely to be dairy free!

Hi - thanks for replying. Unfortunately he is allergic to wheat, egg, milk, soy, peanuts, beef and oat. I have already sent an letter to the cruise lines. I'm a little nervous about finding things he can eat. The wheat/dairy is awful. Nothing with flour - no bread, pizza, pancakes, etc....At least I know he can have lots of fruits and veggies. Janine
