I heard there was a 100.00 deal for both parks for an annual pass? I can't find it, does anyone have any information?

Thanks.

AAA currently offers a 2 park (US & IOA) power pass. The cost is basically $98 and the AAA website lists the offer as good through April 30. If you aren't a AAA member, the savings of the passes may worth the cost of a membership. I think you also receive a 15% discount at US when you flash your AAA membership card.

The AAA discount on dining and souveniers varies from place to place, but the typical discount is around 10%. As for the power pass, blackout dates exist and it doesn't give the benefits the either the preferred annual pass or premier annual pass have. Also, Universal has offered buy one year, get one year free on their preferred annual pass in the past. One strategy that families have used is to buy a preferred annual pass for one family member and then buy power passes for the rest.

We've bought the power pass several times. Before you buy it you might want to check Universal's site and make sure the black out dates don't coincide with your trip dates.
