Can anyone make any suggestions as to any other couple's activities/treatments in the spa?

Not in the Spa per se, but my Husband and I LOVE the Couples Cabana Massage on Castaway Cay. I suppose it isn't really "Romanitc" but we love it!

Dh and I really enjoyed our Rainforest passes. Most of the time we had the place to ourselves.
