I've seen the new menu for Chef Gordon's Private Affair dinner and have it booked for 4th of July Week. We have a large group and since we've never done this before, we were wondering how the menu selections worked. Do we all have to agree on ONE appetizer, ONE entree, ONE dessert? Does he make 2 of the 3 depending on what we ask him to make? They all look so good but everyone has different tastes so i thought i'd find this out before we make our final selections. Any help from those who have done this would be appreciated! thanks!
