Does anyone know how to get a good price at GF?

Hi, my niece is getting married at the wedding pavilion at Disney World this August. When I called Disney & asked for the Disney Club price for a room at the GF, it was over $300. The wedding discounted price is $178. Does anyone have any tips on getting a room at a cheaper rate? Thanks

Are you asking for a better price than the DC price or the wedding price? I've never heard of a price lower than the wedding price of $178 - lowest price the past couple years has been $199 for either AP or special promos.

If you're looking for lower than the DC price, you'll have to keep an eye out for special price codes or AP availability.

Thanks for the info. I actually was wondering if I could get a price lower than the $178. (That's alot for our budget, but we are willing to splurge since 2 of our kids are in the wedding & the reception is at the GF).

You will most likely not find a price lower than the $178. Book it, and you could check back later to see if there are last minute discounts, but I doubt it.
