We are leaving for San Diego in a week for a five night stay. The plans are to see Legoland, the Zoo, WAP, SeaWorld and the Midway with a five day pass.

Unlike my Disney trip our itinerary is pretty much wide open now :scared1:

Anything I should be sure to know about or not miss? Any help would be appreciated. :goodvibes TIA

I highly recommend the Old Town Trolley Tour if you have time. It is a great way to see some of the sights of San Diego without having to drive and park yourself.

Have a great time!

I have lived in San Diego since 1982. Everything you have listed sounds great. I would definitely add a visit to the Hotel del Coronado and some time at the Coronado beach. My favorite place in all of San Diego County.

If you like beaches, you may also want to check out La Jolla.

Also, when visiting the Midway, you are right by SeaPort Village. I'd recommend eating at the Fish Market which is btn SeaPort and the Midway. Also, just north of the Midway by a block or two you can visit the sailing ship Star of India.

Enjoy your stay. It's a wonderful city. For Easter, we are expecting temperatures in the 70s and 80s. Woo Hoo. :cool1:

Stay off the 5 freeway from 7-9:30am and from 4:15-6pm. Traffic like you wouldn't believe!

Saturdays the traffic is bad heading into SD, and Sundays it's bad coming out of SD. Mon-Fri it's bad both ways.

Have fun and bring your sunscreen. Bring lots of change for parking meters. It sounds like you are very busy, but a trip to la Jolla is worth it, like a PP mentioned. Such an awesome beach with the Cove and Seals.

Thanks for all the info everyone -- I am sure that we will have a great time. Snowed an inch last night so even 50's temps on Sunday doesn't sound too bad.
