Ok, so I just read about the fire on board and I think i might cry. Not really, but I did tell some of my friends that I still keep in touch with (I have over 60 buddies on my AOL list from the cruises) and we all would like to see some pictures of the damage.

Anyone have any? Let me know! :)

Thanks for sharing with us. So sad...it looks much more extensive than they led us to believe and I am shocked Magic sailed looking like that! Thank God no one was injured. Scary ~ two fires in such a short period :(

...on themeparks.com! the quote gary used is from my dh. he tried to email starting at 7:00 a.m., but they shut the email down (and the phones as well apparently) for quite some time on thursday morning early.

the internet cafe was a hopping place later in the day with people emailing friends and family. we were just surprised how little information was on the net about the fire.

There was really no coverage at all on the national news. The only reports we heard of was on the local Orlando stations.

I was very surprised that no coverage of this fire was on the news. The only info we had was here at the Dis.
