The last time I was on a DCL cruise as a teen, it was 2005, so the hours may have changed, but if I remember correctly, they opened around noon/1ish, and stayed open until 1am-ish.

Noon to.. 1 am or 2 am.
I can't remember. I don't think I ever stayed till close.
