Is there any boards like this? I hate to post (feel out of place) since I have lost more than my final goal and I am FINALLY a healthy weight, the first time in my life since birth.
I refuse to gain it back and some days it is so easy to fall back into old habits.:rolleyes1

Hate to post???? :lmao: :rotfl: ;) (insert smile Paula)
Hate to post? With such wonderful news? Congratulations. Fantastic. Good for you. I personally love to hear people's accomplishments. So inspiring.
I'm not sure how close to goal I am. Because numbers have never matched size for my body. Tall and huge bones. I'm sure this is one reason I ate and gained as a child. Never fit in body wise. (I'm fine about it all now). But when I am at goal I'll be finding your thread!
Hopefully, you'll find like people here soon. I'm sure there are others who are at goal and want to talk about keeping it off.
Once again, congratulations Paula. You must be so proud of yourself.
All the best,
Lisa

I didn't say I don't like to brag...I hit my goal a few months ago on my B-day :goodvibes and have lost 10 more since then. I just hate to post on this board about keeping it off when so many are just starting there journey.

Congrats, PaulaSue! I think it's good to hear from people who are at goal; it gets discouraging otherwise.
I'm interested in hearing how much you lost and how long it took, if you are willing to say.
