Good morning everyone :goodvibes
I am waiting to hear back from my TA, but looks like I am taking my son to Disney at the end of June for 8 days. :woohoo: We will be there over his 10th birthday and my 30-something birthday. Does Disney do anything special if you are there over your birthday? I heard that you can go to the parks on your birthday and get a button to wear. Is there anything else they do? I would love to make this such a special birthday for my son!
Thanks :thumbsup2

I was staying at AKL for my birthday and they gave me a free birthday cake. If you wear the birthday button, CMs will wish you a happy birthday and other well wishes. Other than that you won't really get any "freebies".

I mentioned it was my birthday on my reservation. When I checked in they asked me who my favorite character was, and I said Cinderella.

The next day, in my room, I got a card with my name with an autographed picture of Cinderella by the castle along with balloons. It was very special.

I also got a birthday pin at check in and wore it at the parks. Everyone wished me a happy birthday.

I was at Disney for my birthday and while I didn't receive anything in my room, it was made a big deal of in pretty much every TS restaurant we went to. :goodvibes

I had the button, and people were sure to say Happy Birthday as well :wizard:
