Sorry - another phone question!

We always buy a phone card for use in Florida and have been able to use them from hotel phones very easily and cheaply. But:

Could we use the same access number for the card if we dial from a UK mobile phone?

If so, is it a different cost than from a landline?

If it costs more, does the extra charge come from the phonecard or onto the mobile bill?

Thanks for any help :) Next trip we're staying in some B&Bs in The Keys where room phones might not always be easily available.

Has anyone ever used a phonecard this way?

yes you can.. but as you have to call an 800 number.. you get charged for that call in the nomal way (as you dont get free 800 calls from cell phones)
Best bet is to use your hotel room or a pay phone and then the calls are free.

Thanks! That's just what I needed to know.

We'll stick to landlines when we can, but at least we know the card should work from a mobile if we need to use it - although we'd probably just use the mobile without the card anyway!
