WCC-Does milkshake count as drink?

Can you get the milkshake as your drink with the DxDP or do you have to pay extra for it? Thanks!

Also, does anyone know if you get the salad with lunch? Thanks

I don't know about the salad for lunch, but this past Sept we were told we could get the bottomless milkshakes as a beverage or as a dessert. We got them as beverages and the waiter would bring another, just before the first was finished. You also don't have to get the same kind on refills. My ex got a strawberry, then a chocolate and I got a caramel, then a chocolate.

A word of caution on the waiter bringing them before you finish, we found this not to be the case. When we finally found our waiter again, we had to beg for refills when our appetizers were done, we reminded him when he brought our entrees and they didn't come until our just before our desserts.
