Can you use snack credits for this?

I am surprising my Dh for his bday by taking him to WDW. The Food & Wine Festival will be going on then. Would I be able to use snack credits on the DP for the appetzers at the booths? I have never been during the F&W festival.

We were permitted to use snack credits at the F&W booths last year. This includes the $6.75 for the lobster roll in the United States, which shocked me.

The actual 'what's included and what's not included' won't be official until F&W starts this year.
