View Full Version : Last Minute Trip!

We must be addicted! We decided we could not wait until our July 4th trip so we are leaving this Tuesday driving straight through and arriving on Wednesday. We have to stay offsite for 2 nights and then at the Fort for 2 more nights. Still hoping to get the first 2 nights at the fort. It is a quick trip to tie us over until summer. See what those AP's can do! We can hardly wait!

Aww I wanna come too!! DH is driving me nuts with TT prep!! Yesterday he was in there for 3 hours and then came in and went back out and hour later and spent another 2 hours!! I could just choke him right about now!! He seems to forget that we have 30 days till we leave!! Sorry for the rant!!

We'll be up mid May and then again in July. Gotta get sum that continuin ejeecashun (skoolin) done in May so it is part business and pleasure, which is great as the busniess gets to pay for it!:thumbsup2 Tried to convince the better half to go up this weekend but not happening.

Hi Mary Anne! I am so excited for you. We returned 2/29/08 and the next day book our next trip 4/25/08. To bad it wasn't a little earlier and maybe we would be assigned near you again! Have a wonderful trip. Keeping trying for that last night!

yes, everyone can come with us! We are actually tent camping so we don't have to pull the pop-up and can make better time and less gas. So plenty of room.
Glad you had a good time Shelley! I am sorry we missed you. I cannot believe we are going to drive 18 hours to stay 4 days! That is true dedication or addiction!
We keep trying for the 19th but are just as happy with actually getting 3 days at this time and sooooo last minute!
