Interested in booking a 1bed at BCV for a party of 4. However, this arrangement would require my mother sleeping on the pullout sofa in the living room. She is 71, but in great shape. I find it hard to believe however that anyone could get a good nights sleep on a pullout sofa ... let alone for 7 nights. Anyone have any first hand experience sleeping on one of these?

Thanks :thumbsup2

Much better than what they had but only my kids sleep on it. I would not.

Just got home from staying there for the 1st time.

2 observations:
1) It hurts if you drop the leg on your foot. Ouch :headache:

2) The pullout bed is great for a passed out 4 year old, decent for kids under 16 - not something I would sleep on and definitely wouldn't ask my parents/in-laws to sleep on.

Just my opinion - mileage may vary. Good luck and enjoy the trip!

It's pretty awful, but I can't say I've ever been on a comfortable pull-out sofa. The one at OKW was just as bad.

I am nearly 40 and I slept on the pull out at BCV in December for 5 nights with my 10 year old daughter and had no problems with it at all. I let my mother and sister have the bed. The bed is much more comfy but I would sleep on the pull out again if I had to.
