how to downsize a pic

most probaly posting this in the wrong section .......but ive just tried to put a pic on as my signature but it was really too big
how do i resize it so it is the right size ........thanks in advance

You can upload to a host site like Photobucket & then it will allow you to resize.

I'm not sure what the size limit is here though. I know there is a size limit for the signatures, includng tickers etc.

I use a free download called Pix Resizer, it was recommended by the tech board here on the DIS :thumbsup2
