Need Help from A Moderator

So...I'd send a PM to a mod...but I got an "infraction" and apparently my private messages were taken away. I'm very confused because the message from "webmasterkathy" didn't explain the private messages being taken away. I don't understand what's going on and I can't even PM someone about it.

I also am very upset about the infraction because it was for a "personal attack." Okay....fine. But in reality...I was defending myself from the attacks that I had gotten. I don't know what to do about this as I have no clue who I can email about this situation.

Could someone please help me with this?
