:yay:

We'll be heading there May 29th - June 2nd (God willing..)..

Got a great rate at the Royal Pacific with a.. well.. I'm not sure what rate it was.. either FL Resident or Annual Passholder? It was $139/night for the first and last night and $169 for the weekend. It's Extra Value Weeks (INDEED) and for staying 3 nights or more, they include 2 Limited Edition Simpsons t-shirts and the $150 savings book. I did not hesitate to book immediately.

In case it helps anyone else, the other weekends I found in a similar price range were April 25-27, May 2-4, and May 9-11.

We're discussing add-ons right now. Blue Man Group? A day at Sea World? Water park? We'll see.. I'm leaning towards Blue Man Group.

I'm excited to re-visit some of my favorite restaurants on-property..
Mythos, Sushi at the Orchid Court Lounge, the Asian Buffet at Islands Dining Room, etc.

We'll hopefully try some new ones.. like NBA City, Confisco Grille, Jake's American Bar, etc.

We usually like to include a dinner on Disney property at some of our favorites like Boma or 'Ohana but since our dates are considered a "Holiday Dining Period" (May 25th - July 5th), we won't be doing that this year as we refuse to pay the inflated prices.

We're all really excited but I'm gonna try not to think about it too much. It's still a ways away.

But Coming Soon: DISASTER! A New Universal Vacation..STARRING ME!!

Great rates! That's normally the week that we go on vacation, but this year, we've changed things up a little and going toward the end of June. I'm looking forward to seeing your pictures and hearing of your adventures! I know you'll have a blast!

Wow, those are awesome rates. We're at the RPR May 16th to the 18th, and are paying $233 a night (AAA). I called yesterday and the women on the phone said there was no change in the rates, and the AP rate was only .10 difference!!! She said the hotel was sold out for my weekend as well. I never get lucky with the RPR or HRH rates, oh darn....................:confused3

When I was doing my research, those dates were completely sold out. Memorial Day Weekend was more expensive but it wasn't completely sold out. I have no idea what's going on those days.
