Ressie at DL as a DVC resort?

I know that I could make a ressie now at a Disneyland hotel with my points, but at a very high rate compared to other DVC resort points. When can I start making ressies through member services at the Grand Californian Hotel as a DVC member? I understand the DVC portion is to be completed in 2009?

It's not even for sale yet so it's going to be a while.

Like my friend Keys says, they aren't even selling points there yet. They have to complete the villas at the Grand Californian and sell some before any are available to book. And you'd bet the members buying there would get first pick at 11 months out (or they would at least be given a one or two month head start over non-owners at GCV).

I think at other resorts under construction, they usually started taking reservations about 6 months before opening, at first only to members who bought points at that resort.
