Emeril cooking @Universal

I was watching TV this morning and caught the tail end of a commercial on the Food Network showing Emeril doing his cooking show from Universal. I believe this is a rebroadcast of a show they did live last year but it looks like it would be fun to watch. The clip I saw showed the audience watching him cook from the grassy amphitheater near the boat docks at Citywalk. It will be on Sunday evening, I did not catch the time but if I see the ad again I will post more info.

I DID see that show and boy did I hate not being there! It also was the first and only time I got my son to sit and watch a cooking show.... :earseek:
