It looks like they've got an RSS feed going over there. What you might want to do is configure an iGoogle homepage and enter Disunplugged as a feed. There's a youtube video available on this - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WT5iTbj5jH4. If you're not familiar with RSS, you might like this.

I can't really bring myself to use RSS. I'm lazy and I just click the bookmark instead.

Hmmm....I just added a to my home page tab things....So it goes Dis boards and blog now....

I actually use a service for my "blog stalking" called Bloglines (http://www.bloglines.com). I keep a tab open while i'm at work and it alerts me if I have a new entry on any of the blogs that I stalk on on the my feeds selection. Very handy!
