We leave June 14 for the Fort, although I will be in Orlando for a Microsoft Conference June 8-13 (10,000 geeks under one roof at the Orange County Convention Center).
We took the motorhome in for service this past weekend to our dealer (Gayle Kline Rv near Lancaster, PA (http://www.gayleklinerv.com)) - state inspection, check out the generator and fix the black water valve on the holding tank. Total cost of service will be less than $300, and that includes a new valve, new deep cycle battery and oil change for the genny, and state inspection.
I'm here to tell ya folks, there is nothing quite like emptying your holding tank when you don't know that the dump valve is stuck OPEN. Luckily, we were at a dumping station (Flying J) and not a campsite, I was wearing gloves and I had the hose right under the outlet when I took the cover off. :scared: YEEEEEUCK!!!
But, now that all that is being taken care of, only 104 days until we leave.

Well, I'm a knucklehead. I have a degree in mathematics, I have been trained in such disciplines as differential equations, calculus, probability and statistics and analytical geometry, but I cannot count or add to save my hind end.
We only have 95 days until we leave.

There's nothing like ending a trip with the ol hose messin up or not realizing you left a valve open. If I had a dollar for all the things that can go wrong I could afford to have the tanks dumped for me lol.
OK GRUMPY

Whoop, there it is! 400!
On our first TT, I used a small wooden wedge to hold the toilet valve open to fill the black tank to dump it several times in a row. My wife accidentally "dropped" the wedge down in the black tank. I had to go fishing through the dump valve with a pair of BBQ tongs. Needless to say we didn't use those tongs anymore!

I'll chime in on the PA thing, too! My dad lives in Stewartstown (near York) and I lived there through High School. So, I'm not technically a Pensylvanian, but I know exactly the area you all live in! :goodvibes
