Photoshop help

I am new to using the program, and trying to figure out how to make text boxes. I have some cute journal boxes, but i cannot get my words lined up perfectly. I try to rezise them but can't seem to get it done properly.
Any suggestions?

I use Photoshop Elements and if I type the text all in at the same time using the text tool it will line up. I may have to move it around/resize it a little to get it to work but I've had no problems. If you can be a little more specific about your problem I may be able to help.
