Disney PostCard for Discount

Just curious, as I just received a postcard in the mail today, after ordering my DVD. It states to go on line and input a url made especially for the our (*last name) family. How do I know if it is 20%, 30% or maybe 40%. Is this what everyone has been referring to when you receive a postcard? How should I do this...call a rep. When I input the url, I do not see a discount :confused3 TIA!!!

We too, recieved the same post card today stating that Disney has a special offer for you, but the url is invalid. Will call Disney to find out why it's invalid.
