Strange Discount code?

FYI - I just called to check if there's any discount code attached to our name, and they said there was a Pin# applicable to our household from now until December, however its got a bunch of blackout dates and he couldn't tell me what the % discount was, apparently it varies according to the date/resort selected. Why can't they tell you details of the code? Argh!:headache:

As luck would have it my dates are in the blackout period but oh well we'll have fun anyway. In case anyone was curious these are the blackout dates I got:
April 13-Aug 9
Sept 28- Oct 18
Nov 2-8
Nov 16-Dec16

I had a similar issue with my code. Even after pricing out a ressie she couldn't see what it was. I think it was the CM though because called back to find out what it was and the CM had to look through "thousands of codes" (his words not mine) to find out the percentage.
