Hi, all! I found this deal on the budget board, but thought I'd share the good find over here. At www.hp.com dark transfer paper is 6 for 9.99 and light transfer paper is 12 for 14.99, but right now they are buy one get one free. So, it is good quality paper, dark 12 for 9.99 and light 24 for 14.99. Plus free shipping!!!:cool1: Just search "transfer paper" in the search box on the top. Hope that helps someone

This is a good deal - I'm looking at it too. Have you used this paper before??? I'd hate to buy 4 packs (which is what I need for my projects) and find out it's not a good transfer paper to use. Thanks!

I'm actually the one that posted this on the budget board. I made 30 shirts with these transfers. 24 with the dark and 6 with the light. I love the way they turned out!! I haven't washed them yet so I can't comment on how they'll do with that. I did iron them a little longer than the instructions said just to be safe.

I bought some transfers off of ebay a month ago. I LOST THEM. :scared1: Don't ask me how. They were in an envelope and they just disappeared. I tore the house apart looking for them. I will probably find them after our trip. With our trip less then 2 weeks away. I gave up on making tshirts.

I just ordered the 2 for 1 special from HP. However, I have something additional to offer - if you belong to a frequent flyer club (well at least Delta and USAir) you can get MILES for buying the paper. Here's how:

1) go to your airline's web site
2) click on their frequent flyer program link (i.e., Dividend Miles for USAir; Skymiles for Delta)
3) click on the link for earning more miles
4) look for the link to "retail and other partners" or something to that effect
5) look for the link to the XXXmallshopping.com (i.e., skymilesshopping.com or shoppingmall.com)
6) IMPORTANT - make sure you're signed in to the "mall"
7) click on the link for HP
8) a new window will appear that puts you at the HP web site

the 2 for 1 offer was valid through USAirways portal as of tonight 3/18/08! It should work. Just make sure you don't miss step #6 (you'll need your frequent flyer number at that step).

Click on "Home & Home Office".
In the search box type in "transfer paper" in the home and home office box section.
The transfer paper should pop right up.

I found some 100% cotton tees for kids at Dollar Tree for - yep - a dollar! :cool1: I figure I can "practice" on these! Tees at Michaels are on sale today for $2.99 rather than $3.99 but I couldn't use a coupon w/the sale price. And, I couldn't find much of a selection in 100% cotton there, either.
Will probably buy from jiffyshirts or similar place.

Thanks for the great deal! I was just at Staples, and it was 14.99 for 5 sheets of dark transfer paper, and 11.99 for 10 sheets of regular transfer paper. This saved me a bundle!

thanks everyone for the tips. I went through ebates and got the 2 for one offer. At first I figured I had missed the boat because it didn't say anything about 2/1. But I figured even though it was expensive, the print works ones I used last trip bled so I wanted to try something else. & I knew I wasn't going to actually remember to pick them up this week so I decided to buy them throught the web site anyway. Well, when it showed up in my basket, they said they were buy 1/get 1 so I went back and bought more packs. :lmao: 5 more dark transfers and 2 light transfers.
