Character Meals in USF/IOA?????

First time going in July and staying at Hard Rock. Are there any character meals? Also, what places should we definitely hit for a decent meal? And, where should I call for ressies? Is there a perk for staying on-site for restaurant ressies? Sorry for all the questions! Thanks so much for the help.
