I'm going to a friend's party tonight, and she's decided it's going to be a Disney fancy dress event (us students are so mature and grown up ;)). So of course, we run into the age old problem, of who the heck do I go as?! This is where you guys come in; I'm stuck and need suggestions on something reasonably easy to do and comfortable to wear. Doesn't need to win any prizes, just something fun and that shows I made an effort for her!

To give you a helping hand, I'll give you a brief run down of the wardrobe (goodness, don't I sound girly?!). I've got a fair bit of black, but there is also a reasonable range of colours (mostly reds and blues, but other stuff thrown in for good measure); I have T-shirts in most colours you could want; and I have a couple of skirts and dresses, but more pairs of trousers. I can make stuff if necessary, but I'm working to a short deadline with minimal equipment!

I have no objection to cross-dressing, being non-human, being a villain, looking extremely silly (it is the point of fancy dress, after all) or even going as an abstract concept (hehe, you weren't expecting such surrealism from an Engineering student, were you?).

So, what have you got for me? The invitation threatens that anyone not in fancy dress will be forced into a costume, over which they have no say! :scared1: Please help!

Why not go in some pyjama's and dressing gown and go as Sleepy. That way when you get home your ready for bed. Enjoy your night .

How about a cat from the Aristocats? Just wear the colour of the chosen cat, then you just need to make or buy some ears, a tail and a collar and draw on some whiskers.
