After several years in the making, we just closed on a resale at BWV. I can't believe it's true. I think most people would think we were really crazy as we waited until all our kids are teenagers. Guess I know what we'll be doing as the kids are away at college.:cloud9:

"WELCOME HOME" BWV has been our home for 12 years, bought when the kids were young and we just took our first trip without them now 17 and 21, missed the girls but I have to say IT WAS WONDERFUL!!! We just love the BW and I know you will too! Congrats.....:cheer2:

:welcome: You're not alone. We waited until our oldest was 16. I wondered if at 45 we were way to old to buy in, but I'm so glad we did. We hope to be vacationing with our kids and their friends/spouses/kids....whoever, for a long time.

I surely hope 45 isn't too old to buy in, since I'm just getting ready to commence to think about buying in about 14 years later than that!
