August 11th and I'm not sure yet where I'm staying. I want Chatham but would be interested in seeing what Patterson looks like! But Vista I've kind of counted out.

Patterson is across the street from Chatham.

The only thing I really know about it, is that it will be smaller then Vista and Chatham.

Ok so if you do not already get it.....i hate waiting and wondering if paterson court will be open....so i just e-mailied disney, so when i get an answer i will post it! :)

Greetings Tyler,

Unfortunately at this time we do not have an official opening date set.
However, there is a good chance Patterson Court will be open for the
Fall Advantage & Fall Programs. We also do not predetermine room
assignments so any request you may have will have to wait until
check-in. At that time, you can ask and depending upon availability will
determine the outcome.

I think it really comes down to your personal preference. Also, Chatham is pretty quiet.

I do hope that Patterson is open in May though.

I'm doing the CP right now and I'm in chatham across from patterson and omg, they put those buildings up soooo quickly. When we got here in Jan they were barely there and now it looks like its almost done and will be totally done by May.

My roommates and I LOVE Chatham. Were all 21+ and value sleep and go to a bar if we want to go out so we can keep our apt safe and clean :) I would live in a new apt in a second if I could move to patterson.

Oh yay!! That's excellent news, I hope Patterson is open. I'd love to live in a brand new place. If not Patterson, then I hope for Chatham. Any place that's quiet and laid-back is for me, I need my apartment to be a place I can go to unwind and relax.
