View Full Version : My Points is in the Disabling Mode Again

My sons account and my BILs account were both disabled. They both had Webcerts pending. The webcerts had posted as shipped, but then this morning, both accounts were disabled :-(

Neither one of them have received an e-mail :-(

We don't think we're going to fight these accounts, my BIL is very paranoid about giving out personal information, and really after rereading the terms, my son really shouldn't have an account. For some reason I had it in my mind, that they required them to be 13, not 18.

Oh well :-(

but do you have a cable modem?
or do you do accts back to back without signing off the internet and back on.


If you do you have the same ip addy all the time.

there isn't anything to do if you have cable but be sure and log off and back on between doing programs this go for all programs.

Esp.when more than one person per household does them.

funnygarcia says that you can change your ip addy. Someone else will have to address as to how since I have not the first clue.

They haven't sent us any bonus mails for almost a month now. So I changed my email hotmail and when he went to chane his also, he found his account was disabled. Mine was fine. So he emailed and got the standard, 24-48 hr response auto email. No second email. He sent another one and then finally got a respones sayign there had been a problem with his redemption. He HAD no redemption pending???? They also wanted him to fax his Drivers Lis. He sent back and email asking them to explain WHY they had disabled his account, not explained why or even bothered to INFORM him, an he woudl not be able to fax private information until he understood why they needed it. He got back another email saying they were sorry and there had been some cofnusion and his account was now reinstated and they had added 100 points to it????? No fax sent?????

What HAPPENED here and why are we STILL not getting any bonusmails at either hotmail or email.com????

Very frustrating and confusing!!!
