We really enjoy the counter service at Mexico... you get large portions for reasonable prices.... they are a little slow but the food has always been really good... here is a sampling of what they have (from allearsnet.com)

Plato Combinacion - chicken taco, beef burrito and a quesadilla served with black refried beans and Mexican salsa $8.75

Wet Burrito - soft flour tortillas filled with beef, served with lettuce, tomato, cheese, black refried beans, sour cream and Adobo Sauce $7.95

Tacos al Carbon - flour tortillas filled with grilled chicken, onions and peppers, served with black refried beans and Mexican salsa $7.95

Ensalada Mexicana - tortilla shell filled with grilled chicken, black refried beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese and Mexican salsa $8.75

Plato del Nino - grilled chicken and cheese quesadilla, tortilla chips and a small soft drink $3.99

Cantina Nachos - tortilla chips, beef, cheese, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, sour cream, black refried beans $7.95

We had a TS lunch at Coral Reef, probably out second best meal of the trip. Narcoossee's was first. It is a really nice break from the heat of the park. Good food and the aquarium is a unique touch.
