I found full zip Navy blue sweatshirts on clearance at Target... Perfect jackets for the boys on our trip in April. But I would like to have a DISign on the back of them..

Can you give us some direction? Characters, theme, first time at Disney, what you want it to say? There are a lot of disigners who have done wonderful things, look at the threads to get ideas. If you see something you like, ask for it to be personalized. If you don't, feel free to post here some more.

something subtle-mayybe a mickey ear design--will black show up on navy blue? Can anyone do the hallow ear and put a picture of the Fab 5 or 6 in theref- Really don't need a saying--

You might want to look at Rumblytumbly's thread. She does a lot similar and I think she may be designing one right now with characters inside the Mickey head. If she doesn't have one, ask her or come back here and describe more in detail what you want and I will try to come up with something for you.

When you do the iron on, you will want to use the one for dark fabrics. That will actually put everything on a white background. If you don't want any white showing you will need to trim close to the design or make the background another color.
