To visit they will need your name and the address of the home you are renting. I don't know about staying overnight-- I would ask the owners of the home what their policy is and how your guests would get a car pass (don't know if they really need the car pass or how strict WH is about this).

You will need to inform the owners so they can have the names.
They will need to have what ever you need to enter WH. They will have to follow the same protocol.

Hi...when you rent a villa you must not exceed the legal capacity so if you have a spare room that will be fine, advise the owner of the names of the guest as this would be insurance and fire requirement..
