I read it online last night but havent been able to phon them to check yet,anyone esle heard it?

It was only this Monday that I phoned to ask them to send out the details of this policy, and I received it in the mail on Tuesday. It must have been a sudden decision if it's right.

Maybe theyd been misinformed then but they said they phoned them to inquire yesterady and they dsaid it had finished. :( Only way to know for sure is to ring them I suppose.Hilary i also recieved the photocopy sample policy this week thats why I was shocked to read this.

I read this thread with horror but I've just phoned and spoken to Natwest Car Insurance who advised they have not withdrawn the policy. Infact they have extended it to all Natwest account holders - not just Advantage Gold customers.

I suppose technically they have withdrawn it from Advantage Gold customers and opened it up to all - perhaps this is where the confusion lies

One more question can I book the policy now but for it to take effect in October? or do I do it near the time?

I've never been an Advantage Gold cardholder - just a regular NatWest Mastercard. Got our NatWest car insurance in January for January. If I remember rightly, I was asked, when I telephoned, the date I wanted it to start. Hope you can get it - it's a real bargain.

Yes, I've jsut checked the policy - it starts on 24 January, which is the day we went.
