Coral Paint Shop Help

When I started this program, there use to be a help guide that displayed on the left hand side next to the tools asking me what I wanted to do.

Somehow I lost this guide. How do I get it to display again?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found it. It's called the learning palette.
